    How To Pump Up Your Regular Cereal  Bowl to Keep You Fuller Longer : )   For a More Filling Bowl Of Cereal I have things I like to add!   I like to use Whole Wheat Rice Puffs or Kamut Puffs for half of the cereal serving ( very filling , more for less calories )   I also Like to mix that with another cereal , such as Barbaras Puffins Cinnamon which i used today   I add Almond Breeze Milk For the liquid and Mix that with Protein Powder ( adding protein powder to your cereal bowl really helps hold hunger and make it protein packed )   I then add the cereal and also add flaxseed, or chia seeds as well for healthy fat action!   Fresh Fruit is also great!
