Last weekend I went away for a Girls' Weekend in Aspen, CO. While there was no shortage of hiking, rafting, horseback riding, biking and gobs of other physical activities, we spent most of our time sitting by the pool, shopping and engaging in serious dining (This was my dinner ensemble toElevation). I know, I know. Pretty wimpy activities for the rugged Rocky Mountains. Next time I'll climb up a sheer rock cliff! (Riiiiight...)
