Ingredients
1 bag of fresh mussels cleaned and de-bearded
2-3 roma tomatoes
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1/4 cup of garlic butter
spash of white wine
Directions
combine all ingredients in a foil pan. toss the mussels around in it a bit place on med heat on the bbq
unitl all the mussels are fully open. Mixing them up again then eat and enjoy! Great summer treat for bbq's
