Who doesn't crave a big plate of french fries every once in a while? Instead of indulging in the calorie laden, greasy fries from your local fast-food joint,  try making your own crispy, baked low-fat sweet potato fries! Sweet potatoes are one of the healthiest vegetables around. They are a complex carb, and are full of vitamin A, C, and E.  I've inlcuded some tips on how to get them crisp on the outside. Try pairing them with a unique and fun dipping sauce too such as a low-fat homemade honey mustard.
