Ingredients

In Blender:
1/2 cup of ice
1 oz Rum or Banana or Vanilla rum
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 tbsp. Cream of Coconut
Scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
1/4 cup fresh or canned Pineappple
2 Maraschino Cherries (no stems)
Blend until smooth
Top with Whip Cream
Garnish with Cherry
