Simply put, The Boots product wins! It is glossier, the "sting" feeling lasts longer and it is less expensive. I have been using Lip Venom for a few weeks and I am pretty convinced that it's drying out my lips. So If you are a current fan of Lip Venom, I suggest you try the Boots Time Dimensions lip plumper. I got mine at Target for about $9. Heck, even if you don't use Lip Venom try the Boots. It's a bit cinnamon-y and it stings your lips, but not terribly and gives a nice sheer sheen to them. I like that it stings a bit, it reminds you that you have lips and makes you feel sensual.
Hey, question for you guys who do wear lip plumpers, do you wear them under, over, or instead of lipstick? I've always wanted to try lip plumpers, but didn't know how to wear them. . .
I'd try it if I had a Target in Puerto Rico :-(
But there's no way for me to get to the Boots. I did find Lip Venoms at Marshall's for $3 each (lol). I bought like 4 :D
I like the little "sting" my Sally Hansen plumper has. It's natural, the package said it used cinnamon and ginger in it.

Thanks! I have the Lip Venom one, I keep it in my bad and it's been there forever. I don't love it but I like that it can be a gum replacement since it's minty. I'm not convinced in it and it is expensive for what you get.
I know it doesn't really plump your lips, but I like the tingly feeling. Plus Lip Venom is so well known that I wanted to see if I was missing out on something good.
I've been wanting to try the Boots. I bought some Sally Hanson for about $5 and I really like that.

I'll try the the Boots, but I do like BE BosomLips. I use the shade "Dolly" which is a light pink. It is more like menthol, but it feels tingly and good. Also know when to reaplly because you can't feel it anymore. LipVenom scare the heck out of me. I got it for free for giving a donation to breat cancer awareness and they sent it to me in a nice pouch. I'm seriously thinking that snake venom is not a good option. How does it feel?
I'll have to buy the one by Boots next time I go to CVS; I love Lip Venom so it should be interesting to try the Boots plumper. Thanks for posting this!
Lala, I didn't know :( I thought you could find lots of stuff there too these days. Especially the Boots since it's made in Britain. Oh well, maybe when I come to Romania I'll bring you one. ;)
I have used a plumper only once, my lips are pretty plump on their own, but
I have to say that the cinnamon flavor made me fell kinda sick so I gave up
on the plumpers.
