Bedtime Routine
What does everyone do for bedtime routines and are your kids good about going to bed?
Every night at around 8:35, we go up to "Mom and Dad's" bed, pick a little something to watch on tv (I guess that's our version of a bedtime story) for about 10 minutes, and then he uses the bathroom and gets in his jammies. Then he gets in bed and Mommy and Daddy cover him and rub his back. We say sleep good and don't come out of your room. We love you. We turn on this Pooh Bear pillow that is on the floor next to his bed that sings lullabyes. Then we blow kisses, close the door and turn off the hall light.
As long as we stick to the routine, he's really good about going to bed and doesn't give us any problems. If it's late or he's suuuuuuuper tired, then we can expect him to get up one or two times. "I had a bad dream" or "My covers fell off" are the favorite excuses.
