I kind of skimmed the list myself! :) Yeah! The Chanel mascara rocks! :D

Thanks, areidz! I don't think I ever got back to that last because it was so long. I have tried the Chanel mascara as well and really like it.

Whew! Long list! I agree with Romaniagrl about the fact that she's also out there to make money just as the rest of them are. However, there are a few items I tried out that I'll comment on. Chanel Exceptionnel de Chanel Intense Volume and Curl Mascara - It's a really nice mascara, and I bought two in a lovely subtle purple color (#20) which I really love! It has a very interesting brush! Half of them (mixed row by row) are rubbery and are for separating and elongating lashes, while the other half of them are normal, short bristles that give the volume. I find it works very well for day time and I haven't encountered any smudging issues. This is a big deal coming from me because usually I don't stray far from my YSL Volume Effet Cils mascara. Dior DiorShow Iconic Mascara - Truly, I wasn't impressed. I'm used to the DiorShow Blackout and it's quite different, as she mentioned. I was told by the Dior SA that it was moisturizing. She didn't tell me to put many coats on, so I'll have to try that out before throwing it out. Let's just say, so far, it's been used once. Laura Mercier Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer - I believe I did a little blog on this. It has a lot of shimmer to it, and I was told from the very beginning to use it only when mixed with another foundation, or to highlight specific areas. Also, if your skin has large pores or obvious imperfections, I wouldn't use it in those areas, if at all. It is still a nice product, when used sparingly. When I use it, I use a mixture of 3:1 ratio, mixing on my fingertips, using more of the regular TM or another foundation. I ended up returning the "Natural Radiance" for the "Bare Radiance" because the former made my foundation too dark. Although she says it's truly an SPF makeup as opposed to the normal LM TM, it says right on the back of the container that it "Does not replace the use of sun products in case of sun exposure". Can you believe that? that has sun protection in it *does* help, mostly against environmental pollution because you have a layer of something over your skin, but it also isn't like a normal sunscreen. I don't know of anyone who takes off their makeup, and then reapplies it every two hours or so while outside. That's why we still need to use sunscreen or moisturizer+sunscreen, even if it's in our foundation, right? :o Laura Mercier Lip Velvet - Unless the super vamp lipsticks come back in again, there's no need to purchase this lipstick (unless you love that look in general). I think her review was pretty well put. What she didn't mention is that the darker shades, like Cassis, can make teeth look super dark. Be careful! lol It does have a really pleasant velvety texture that is more of a satin stain than anything else. It has incredible staying power, and you don't need to line your lips at all. If I were to start using them again I'd probably dab some super shiny lip gloss at the center for a prettier effect. :) Whew, sorry for the long response. I just wanted to be thorough ;) I hope this helps!

I've never used her products but they seem decent. I agree with you romaniagrl about her product suggestions. I was happy to see she only had two of her own products in this list. I still need to look at the list more closely myself- it is very long! Can't say anything stuck out at me as something I've tried this year.

I've used some of the things from her line and didn't love them. I know she thinks some products use unnecessary additives, but sometimes, for some reason, those products work well even if some of the ingredients were not found to be beneficial. I take her advice with a grain of salt. She is out there to make money just like all the cosmetics companies are. That said, I looked at the list and it's very long. I don't think I've tried any of the things on there except the HIP lip gloss and I like it, the color is very intense.

I will read it, thanks sofi. I actually just ordered some samples from her line, Paula's Choice. I figured I'd give it a shot and see if I like any of it.
