Breakfast for Dinner
It is silly that some foods are designated to only be eaten at certain times of day. Eggs and hashbrowns are typically classified as "breakfast" foods, however, they can make a wonderful and easy to prepare summertime dinner. This dish layers sauteed spinach, sausage hashbrowns and poached eggs. Paired with a cool glass of a crisp white wine, this dinner is perfect for a hot summer night. It would make a mighty tasty breakfast too.
