Ingredients

2 cans of butter beans, drained
2 lemons, juiced
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
a dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons water

Directions

Throw all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy...how simple!
