Can Vaginal Rejuvenation Help My Sister?

Does anyone know about Vaginal Rejuvenation?  And more importantly, does it work or is it more B.S?
I came across a blog talking about Vaginal Rejuvenation Awareness Day (http://vaginal-surgery.info/vaginal-rejuvenation.html) and I am curious as to whether or not this has any real merits.
I have not had children myself, but my older sister has had 3 children (ALL vaginal) and she has suffered from SUI.  It made me wonder could she benefit from this?  She's a Registered nurse and I know kegels haven't exactly worked for her either.
Anyway, it would be great if any of you could share some of your own personal experience as to the changes your were confronted with after child birth.
Have you noticed a correlation between urine leakage, bladder prolapse and child bearing?  And if so, how have you moms dealt with it?

Hi Betty, what you shared was very helpful & yes the rubber-band analogy was too! It still amazes me how many women out there know or suffer of these things and NEVER open up to anyone. Thank you!

Do you understand that rubber-band analogy?

Sexyonfire- this may sound vain, but the shape and condition of my vagina post-childbirth was a HUGE concern for me!- after baby's health, of course. From what I understand- some women's muscles rip during childbirth, some don't. Some women's ripped-muscles heal on their own, some never do. I did kegels after my kid (I also waited 5 months before having sex again- just to make sure I healed up right), and the kegels worked wonders for me; though like any work-out routine, it definitely took time. If she's been doing it daily and it's been 6+ months and there's no difference, her muscles may have torn and not healed properly. Think of the muscles as a broken rubberband. No matter how much sis exercises, her rubberband is broken. From what I understand, it's a common problem and can be fixed with a simple surgery to sew the muscles together- nothing cosmetic at all! Encourage her to do it! Though, of course make sure the doctor is reputable and don't let them swindle her into getting unnecessary labioioplasty!
