I've only seen a few of the American version but I really loved the UK one. Anyway, I actually can relate more to Jim because I was definitely over qualified for my last job but was way too comfy to leave. I also had a crush on a co-worker who was engaged to a total hobag.
Lisa, you must go get it off of iTunes!!!! I was laughing to the point of tears. I still haven't bought the week before's eppy but I think I really really am going to have to before I go to my grams on Tuesday and won't be online until Sunday night :jawdrop:
Hey jennyjen!!! Glad to see another fan!
haha after that pretzel episode, my hubby looks at me and said "He can't get a pretzel everyday if he wants one so bad." I just laughed so hard. I have not watched Thursdays episode yet. I am dying to see what happens when Jim and Pam see each other and the whole Karen thing!!
You are such a wealth of knowledge, Jenna! I didn't know he wrote for other shows. Cool. I think I'm gonna call it a night myself. I kinda feel like dookie. Have a great night y'all!
Grey's does have an eppy on Thanksgiving.....I don't think The Office does, unfortunately. :(
Yup, and Paul Lieberstein (Toby) has written for other shows as well, including King of the Hill, Drew Carey Show, and Bernie Mac.
I know that Kelly, Ryan, and Toby have all written and produced some of the episodes of the Office. Maybe some other actors have too, but I know of those for sure. Pretty cool.
haha i saw on your profile thing. i love charlie. i love them all. doesn't mac write them? or something. i don't no. but it's one of the most underrated shows.
haha i love the carpet episode. kellys great. at first she kinda annoyed me but i love her and ryan. when they're on a double date with pam and that guy and kelly is like forcing french fries at ryan (i think) ... so great. ryans commentarys are so funny when it comes to his feelings on her. and i loveeeeeeeee its always sunny in philly!
yeah that was funny. jim then asked her so what else is going on with you and she replied i just told you :rotfl: and how the heck did they all keep a straight face when michael and dwight was trying to hoist that overweight fella on the table.
That's hilarious Lazz....because that is specifically what I was thinking of when I compared myself to her. I mean I am a Popsugar addict....of course that is me :P
Remember last year when she was describing her interests to Jim (when Jim had to move because Michael took over his desk in "the carpet") and I was like....damn, that sounds like me :)
in last weeks (40 minute long woo) episode when kelly came running up to jim all excited saying she had so much to tell him, implying something happend in her life while he was gone ... when infact she told him about suri and shiloh ... thats pretty much me. yeah.
I voted Meredith b/c I'm a bit of a lush! :innocent: Ha.
I loved the faxes from Future Dwight and the My Humps ringtone! Awesome. :rotfl:
And of course Lazy Scranton and the Blair Witch thing. And I just love Stanley. When that new dude gave him the chest-pound thing and Stanley just rolled his eyes. HA.
Yeah, the first season didn't start til March of 05. I loved the pretzel eppy! Stanley talking about how much he looked forward to pretzel day and how no one had better ruin it for him.
Can you relate to anyone on The Office?
I am very ashamed to admit this, but I am soooo like Kelly, it's not even funny. Which woman on The Office can you most relate to?
The Office!
