It's been a crazy and interesting year since I first launched this website. It started out as a fun way to share my culinary experiments with family & friends and ended up with me learning more about food, photography and blogging. To celebrate this important milestone, here is my twist on the traditional coconut barfi. Using fresh coconut really amps up the texture and the condensed milk means no additional sugar or fat is needed. To balance the sweet center I decided coat the coconut barfi balls in some espresso flavoured chocolate. Think of it an an Indian Bounty.Check out the recipe here.
