Christmas Weekend Food Goodness!The kitchen spread awaits guests at my family's holiday open house. On display: alfajores, homemade pickles, crudités, and green goddess dip.
It's nice to add height to a buffet. Here, we turned leftover wine crates upside down. Then we placed giant candles on top. I think it looked pretty nice!
The sparkling Rosé punch was a hit. We served it in Champagne coupes.
For dinner on Christmas Eve, I made Giada De Laurentiis' honey mustard bacon-wrapped pork. It was delicious!
On Christmas morning, we enjoyed hearty portions of goat cheese, ham, and artichoke heart strata.
To create a natural flow at our Christmas dinner celebration, we set up stations. This was the red wine station. The white wine, punch, and beer stations were all in different areas of the house.
How festive is this red and green appetizer?! My cousin's scrumptious pea-mint pesto crostini.
"Fat Bettys" are a family favorite. They consist of Lil Smokies that are wrapped in brown-sugar glazed bacon. Fat Bettys are totally addicitive!
Classic artichoke dip is always a crowd pleaser.
A smooth, creamy, and luscious tiramisu was the finish on Christmas!
