Thank you! I will look into that. Light Blue doesn't last long at all on me, and it actually reacted slightly wrong with my own scent. Maybe citrus scents just don't work well on me. I'll have to see!
if you really into citrusy scents then you gotta try i love love by moschino. it's similar to light blue by dolce gabbana but this one last much longer. i had 3 bottles already finish and never get tired of it. i always get compliments whenever wearing it and never failed. try it! i'm sure you'll love love!
I came across this site when I googled citrus scented perfume. I love citrusy scents, and intend to check out some of the suggestions. However, lime is my favorite summer scent and since Lancome discontinued their Aroma Tonic body splash, etc., I have been searching for a replacement. Any suggestions? There used to be a men's cologne called 4711 that was wonderfully lime, but I don't know if it's still in existence.
Thanks for the suggestions, ladies! I can't wear Happy because my sister wears it.. but the Marc Jacobs sounds good - I'll have to check it out. I've also switched gears a bit because I'm really liking Guess by Marciano, even though it's completely different. I guess I can have two :)
I use Clinique Happy as well for a citrus scent I loooove the Marc Jacobs splash in both basil and grapefruit. Michael Kors Island is good too. Love Be Delicious as well.
Also look for anything with Green Tea like Elizabeth Arden' s Green Tea and Issey Miyake

Oh, that's right, I need to check out Sephora's too. I wish there was one nearby. I should check out their locations again. Of course I want to smell it first. Also, my sister wears Happy, so that's out. :)
I've heard people mention Blue before, but I wasn't told it was citrusy. I really like the smell of Meyer Lemons - I might try that one out. The Tuscen Blood Orange seems nice too, but I don't want something too strong and I really don't like Whole Foods. Thanks!
I love D&G light blue, my only issue with it was it's staying power, i found that I went through the bottle a lot quicker than any other perfume. A coworker of mine smelled like it one day and I asked about how she got it to last longer - her secret was layering the body lotion and the perfume.
If you're looking for something super-citrusy, you could try the Tuscan Blood Orange perfume by Pacifica (I know they're sold at Whole Foods) and any citrusy scent from the Demeter line (they make a really good Meyer Lemon scent). Demeter perfumes usually don't last very long but they're small enough to carry around and the line has so many scents to choose from.
Clinique Happy is the only citrus one I have and I really like it. Here's the description: Ruby Red Grapefruit, Boysenberry Bush Flower, Hawaiian Wedding Flower. Style: Chic. Modern. Sparkling.

Citrus scented perfume?
I just love fresh citrus scents in the spring and summer. I'm looking for suggestions on a good, non-overwhelming perfume. Any suggestions?
