Connect The Dots

Blouses are great for summer... easy and breezy. An over sized blouse is a great option because of it's versatility. You can belt it, tie knot in the front, tuck in the front and let the tails hang, wear it unbuttoned over a cami or a dress, or just buttoned up with a cute pair of jeans or a skirt. The options are endless! I absolutely love the taupe color of this blouse and the polka dots are so fun! I chose to belt it and wear it over a gray mini-skirt. The blousy-ness of the top balances the sexiness of the skirt. Since my job is casual, I was able to get away with the skirt by pairing it with over sized blouse. The sleeves were a little too long for me so I rolled them up and viola, they were perfect! I decided to stick with a neutral look all around with a simple patent leather taupe pump, but I added some subtle contrast with navy blue clutch.
