Tofu Banh Mi Collard Wraps with Wasabi Peanut Sauce

Cornflake Crunchies

With all the candy recipes posted lately, I got to craving these. :mob: ;)

They're very easy to make.

1 cup Karo syrup (I always use light, not sure if it matters)
1/2 c white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
4-5 cups of corn flakes (enough to use up the syrup mixture)

Combine Karo and sugar in a saucepan. Cook on medium-low until it starts bubbling (stirring frequently). Add the peanut butter and vanilla. Once that is combined well, remove from heat and add the corn flakes. Drop by spoonfulls onto wax paper and let cool.
