“Cass?Am I dead...?”Dean wondered.
“No, Dean, You’re very much alive,” Cass replied. Then, Cass gazed upon Dean for one second and cited, “... and as bright as you were,”
“Are you, you ‘Cass’ for real?Dude, you have no idea how much I …,” Dean asked while choking into some amount of his inner tears.
But Cass glanced at Dean somberly and said in his broody tone like old times, “Not really. I’m trying to connect with you in your subconscious mind,”
“What? I’m not sure I’m following you,” Dean tried to ascertain.
“I’m here to warn you, Dean. They are coming for you. A Leviathans Twin,” Cass warned.
“Which one?” Dean asked.
“The one you fought recently. And there’s another one who resides in the same vessel with me,” Cass replied.
“Tell me how to gank them and I shove their asses off,” Dean asked furiously.
Cass stared at the cavern in front of him of which the entrance was sealed up with piles of stones.
“Belthaphore Stones,” Cass cited and tagged along with a message,
“Things that keep them in will destroy them,”
All of a sudden, Sam’s voices broke up their conversation. A wake up call and it became more distinctive. Dean was eventually disconnected from his ‘dream’. It has been two hours Dean lying unconsciously on the couch at Bobby’s house.
Two days ago at Pennsylvania ….
The Saturday inauguration event of Penn Archaeological Museum wound up abruptly in turn-moil after the Winchesters triggered the false alarm. Everyone left the building but with only eight remaining men in suits wandered in every corner of the main exhibition hall.
All of a sudden, large amount of water dispersed out from bursting pipes on top of ceiling. In a split second, their skins eroded once in contact with the sprayed water from the main source which was filled up by the Winchesters with sodium borate, the only chemical that will get rid of Leviathans.
But little Winchesters knew, the monsters at the hall were the last thing they should be afraid of. The monsters were merely decoys.
As the main entrance was shut automatically as a part of default setting for emergency, the Winchesters headed towards the 2nd floor, reaching out the stairs in order to leave the building.
In the amidst of Winchesters running through the alley at the 2nd floor which was fully set-up with displayed unit of replication of woods resided by Native Americans, some rattling noise startled them. Something wasn’t right they could sense that and they quickly sprinted to the stairs. Soon they arrived at the generator room and locked themselves in. But something busted through the steel door, a guy turned up and stood right in front of them, staring at them with his pair of diabolical eyesight. Without a second thought, Dean threw a pail of sodium borate directly to the ‘man’ whom he suspected one of the Leviathans.
However unlikeliest event dawned in. The sodium borate which was thrown didn’t erode the skin of the monster of what it supposed to be, but instead the monster abruptly fully converted into some kind of black murky juice and streaming speedily towards Dean. Dean was paralyzed once in contact with the Leviathan’s juice which turned out to be some kind of venom.
The monster continued to spread its poisonous juice to Sam who stood just right behind. Unfortunately the increasing shocked Sam tripped off and leaned onto wall. Amidst that crucial moment, Sam accidentally touched on fire extinguisher (CO2 type). He tried to give the shot by spraying out the CO2 onto the Leviathan’s juice. Sam pulled off his shot, the Leviathan’s juice eventually halted and it froze at once in contact with the CO2.
Sam promptly checked on Dean. However, Dean showed no response but lying unconsciously despite with his pair of eyes wide-opened.
Bobby eventually turned up at the scene and helped Sam up to carry the unconscious Dean. Upon returning Bobby’s home, Dean was laid on the couch. Sam shook his head to wake him up, but Dean was still lying there like a dead fish.
Little they knew, at that moment Dean’s soul was in fact wandered around at some mysterious land. While walking on the drought ground and almost choked with the thick fumes, Dean observed his surrounding. Soon Dean was caught off-guarded as he stumbled upon someone who had a very long line history with him.
