I think her collapsing nose has a lot more to do with what she has been putting up her nose rather than what a plastic surgeon has been up to!

Sometimes pictures of myself from when I was a young kid look nothing like I do today, especially when I'm out, wearing makeup and such. It doesn't look all that obvious to me, think about it...

I'm not sure... When you're younger the proportions just aren't right yet. And anyone cracking a smile like that will have HUGE flaring nostrills. I'm in doubt!
