i am pondering if i should try it, it seems somewhat weird, and im not so sure its healthy but i am curious to try.
So I will be brave and post my before pic and hopefully Ill get to post the after before the end of year.
Okay, here it is....none of these things are exactly droolworthy, but it will get you through the day.
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Beef and Brocoli, Rice, Lo Mein and 2 pieces of Sweet and Sour Chicken (yea I had chinese food Ill blame it partially on Mandies chinese new year it killed me )Oh and a DR pepper I ran out of water.
Workout
20 minutes in sauna (burns 600 calories)
2 rounds (work out 30 seconds at 15 stations each chair targets a different area hip, abs, legs, arms squats weights runing in place stepping things like that)
20 minute work out.
