I like this dress but I can't figure out WHERE on earth I'd wear it- because if it was a formal event I'd want to wear something a bit more feminine. Part of me thinks this dress looks like a high-end server's uniform. If you like it, tell me where you would wear it.

It looks to me like a waitresses uniform..or a flight attendents..or a school-marm..I would never wear this..much to "buttoned-up".I suppose you could wear this to a business meeting......
