I lived abroad for 5 months. The room I stayed in was furnished, but sparsely decorated due to budget constraints and the fact that I lived out of a suitcase. Vignettes like this were all I could manage- a tiny beetle encased in resin and my stacked collection of chunky bracelets. The view was fantastic, so the space didn't need more.
