FCG: Week 12 Exercise Challenge: Side Laying Plank with Leg Raise

Ok, so I found another ab move since we are still in summer and I'm really starting to dig all the non-crunch ab moves this summer that have started to tone my stomach, who hoo!
This was found on Women's Health No, it's not your computer, I caught the flash in action and thought it was a cool way to show the movement of the move, so here how it goes:
- Lie on your right side with your right elbow in line with your right shoulder
- Slowly lift your hips and torso so you are balanced on your elbow and feet
- Then raise your left leg and hold 30-90 seconds.
- Lower then repeat on left side.
If you aren't digging the elbow balancing, you can also do this with your arms straight and balance on the palm of your hand. It may be fun to do this move alongside a regular plank and a reverse plank (with your stomach to the ceiling). Try it out, let us know what you think! Enjoy! Stay happy and stay fit!!
