FCG: Week 24 Exercise Challenge: Plan a Break!
Yup, you read that right, this week's challenge is none other than planning a break. I don't mean, skip exercise. I mean plan on your exercise, and with that, you also have to plan your breaks. It's good to give your body a little rest inbetween long sessions of working out. There's no need to feel guilty, give your body a break every once in a while.
Don't skip exercise though! No, no no ... keep with your program. What this week's challenge is is to make a schedule, and make sure when you are making your fitness schedule, you keep in mind the importance of a little break every now and then.
So - do you all already plan your fitness schedule each week? What do you do on your break day? We would love to hear more about it.
Also this week, as we are working on our fitness schedule, I highly encourage you all to go through the past week's challenges and try out some of the old moves. Since it's week 24, we have really racked up quite a bit of fitness moves. Give some a try to spice up your current routine. Stay happy and stay fit!
