Hello sasparilla! all you have to do is click on the arrows where it says group topics to see the previous posts, or if you mean, how to see everyone's outfits for each topic, you can just browse here at the top under shared looks. Judging by the large amount though, you can just search the topic under looks in the search box and see what comes up. Hope I helped!
