
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter *I used natural creamy, but chunky would be good too
2/3 cup sugar, plus extra for rolling
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
chocolate, for drizzling *optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter and sugar.
Mixing together with a spatula by hand works the easiest.
Mix in baking powder and egg until evenly combined.
Form small balls with the dough and roll in extra sugar.
Place evenly on a baking sheet, and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes (9 if you like them a little undercooked like me)
Cool on baking sheet for around 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Drizzle with chocolate if desired.
