Garlicky cherry tomato and bread gratin
Made the garlicky cherry tomato and bread gratin for an evening snack tonight to try it out. It looked better in the au gratin, but I forgot to take a picture then! This recipe is so easily scaled down to one person in an individual au gratin (baked for only 20 minutes). I used organic grape tomatoes and they were so sweet and juicy, some of the skins split to let the juice sink into the bread creating a perfect flavor!
