Getting back into a fitness routine
Trying to get healthy before the new year! I really would like to drop 10lbs before 2013! So I am starting a new healthy eating and exercising routine tomorrow. I've been thinking about doing this for awhile, and of course never followed through, I saw a picture of myself that was taken 2 days ago and I did not like what I saw. So, now I am going to follow through with my plan, I just hope to keep up the motivation!!
