My boyfriend and I just got back from Atlanta, and we loved it. Can't wait to go back to do the things we missed. The Botanic Gardens were amazing. We also went to the Natural History Museum, and they have some GREAT malls. Lots of trails and things, too, but it was too hot and I'm still recovering from an ankle injury. They have an Egyptian artifact museum that looks interesting. We did the laser light show at Stone Mountain and it was really nice. I wish we could have done the entire day to walk some of the trails, play mini-golf, ride the train, go to the top of the mountain, etc. Any hotels will have an area with great tourist information.

Welcome to my city...well actually Las Vegas is but I live on the outskirts of Atlanta, but ANYWAY :] I love Centennial park, Piedmont Park (may have festivals depends on when you go), the Atlanta Bontanical Garden seems extremely wonderful, Stone Mountain park is GREAT to walk up, if you are bringing kids, they would love the zoo. Here is a website for attractions in Atlanta
