This is a delicious dish - more of a romantic dinner for two!

Ingredients
Fresh shrimp - peeled and deveined
Fresh garlic - 1/2 tsp diced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil / EVOO
Grand Marnier liqueur - 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup (depending on how much shrimp you want to cook)
Rice (white, brown, whole grain) 4-6 cups (depending on how much you want as a base for the shrimp)
Directions
Heat EVOO in skillet to medium / medium-high heat. Add diced garlic and fresh peeled and deveined shrimp (as much as you'd like) - toss and cook until shrimp is pink. Add Grand Marnier and toss. Light the shrimp/liqueur with skillet away from flame (and away from your face) - the flame will burn off the alcohol and leave you with FABULOUS tasting shrimp!!! Spoon onto bed of rice and ENJOY!!!
