Hearty Whole-Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. Whole-wheat flour*
1 c. All-purpose flour*
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Skim milk
1/4 c. Honey
1/4 c. Margarine, melted and cooled
1 Egg, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the flours, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, stirring well. Make a well in the center of the mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, honey, margarine, and egg; add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
2) Spoon the batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling each cup two-thirds full. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
