Help! I'm Accessory Impaired! Need Fashion Assistance!

What type of jewelry goes with this dress?? I would like to look "Put Together and Classy", it's a bridesmaid dress. The halter throws me off a little because the straps almost seem like a necklace. So far I have thought of wearing earrings-dangley ones, because I have short hair and thought it would be a great accent-especially since it's an outdoor wedding. Any suggestions?
