Homemade Buffalo Wings
I have always loved buffalo wings at pubs, so I decided what the heck I should give it a try in my own kitchen! I opted to bake them at 500 but I think next time the broiler might be the place to crisp up the chicken! It was pretty easy, bake the chicken, coat in Frank's Redhot Buffalo Wings Sauce, bake for a couple more minutes and coat again! I must admit they were not as good as some I have had but for homemade they pretty finger lickin good! I made a quick bleu cheese dip with sour cream, bleu cheese, red wine vingear and garlic. Pretty tasty!!!!
