How Do I Create a Group?

1. Click on either My Blogs & Groups and click Create New Site or Group in the top right or Account Tools and click on Create Site.
2. Select Type of Site: Group on PopSugar Network or Blog on OnSugar
3. Title your group
4. Description write what your group is all about
5. Category: Choose the best category based on the content of your group. This will determine which Sugar community your group lives in as well as the url of the group.
6. Web Address: URL for your group
7. Group Type: choose the appropriate group permissions for your members
   • Open Group: Everyone in the community can read and post content to your group. There are no restrictions for this type of group.
   • Moderated Group: All member must be approved by the Group Manager. Also, all posts will default to private and viewable only by group members.
8. Icon: upload an image for your group
9. Click Create.

You can edit your group and group homepage view by clicking on Group Settings in Group Options drop down. Also add your friends to the group through our Invite Feature
