I agree with Whip. Personally I don't give a sh*t if he wants to smoke pot but he broke the law and shouldn't be above it because of his celebrity status. Mofo should go through EXACTLY what I would go through if every cop in the world saw a pic of me smoking out of a bong.
I'm thinking that a lot of the people demonizing him right now (the press, endorsers, etc) probably smoked a bowl or two in college themselves. I know I did.
I hear Phelps has been suspended for three months, and dropped by Kelloggs.
Which is kind of ironic, I think smokers love a big bowl of cereal!
Dumbass. :rotfl:
Talking about Butterface and he's being interviewed on CNN. A reporter called him the Lindsey Lohan of sports haha

Yes, Sash, that's why I said that the law should be equally applied to every pothead. Making an example of one person makes the law unequal. Regardless of how much I dislike junkies and all kinds of addicts :)
If I'm not mistaken there is a statue of limitations to prosecute this felony/misdemeanor.

I agree that if he is charged, his "celebrity" would be working against him, and he would be treated unfairly because of it. Unless the Richmond Sheriff wants to find all the kids with incriminating pictures on their Facebook, and charge them as well. :oy:
No wonder why he can eat do much! :D Seriously, though I think it's good he apologized. He should have not done it or have been a lot more careful. And I do think we should legalize it, and tax the h*ll out of it.
:rotfl: :rotfl:
I agree Shi, but hundreds & hundreds of college kids get busted smoking pot all the time (at least in South Carolina) & are let off with warnings or even less. Why should the law be applied more fully to him than other kids?
I think that doing drugs is stupid but if ppl want to do it then it's none of my business. However I think that the Law should be applied to Phelps just the same way as if he were any other unfamous pothead. Stripping him of his medals does sound harsh to me, he was getting random tests during the Olympics, no?

Can you imagine what a wicked hit Michael Phelps would take off a bong?
He's an adult, allow him to be responsible for his actions and what are the possibilities of cannabis becoming legal?
I know Sas! Someone brought up Ross Rigliatti (spelling?) and I was like, but he tested positive! :rotfl: I don't think he can be stripped of the medal if he didn't test positive. And I don't think smoking a bong is a habit of Phelps, it can't be, to be the athlete he is, imo.
Yeah, the sheriff of Richland county was to procecute him :oy: And my crazy boss just said the a he should be stripped of his medals :oy: :oy: becuase he could have been smoking during the Olympics :oy: :oy: :oy: There is no way he could have done that! :headsmack:
How do you feel about the whole Michael Phelps smoking a bong situation?
