My five year old puts her clothes in the hamper, but we recently found out that she has been putting clean clothes in the hamper after her "fashion shows"...
They're only 4 and newly 6. They help fold easy things like their boxers, shorts, and hand towels. They also put away the clothes they can reach (basically what they fold).
My kids are young so they just have to make sure all dirties go in the hamper. The baby likes to unfold the folded, and the 6 yr old tried to do the wash w/o my knowledge, and turned out he just washed the dirty w/water, and when I realized it, had to wash it in sani. wash cause it stunk - so we'll just stick to hampers for now :)
*Thank you. My real name... is plain... Jane Jones. (Alice - Closer)
A combination of the above.... I do the washing and drying . Sometimes my 6 yr old daughter likes to help me put the laundry in the dryer and fold them. Everybody puts their stuff in their own hampers, towels go in a separate basket, and everyone puts their own clean laundry away.
I've been doing my own laundry since I was 12, so over 4 years...
I do all of my laundry alone and my parents do all of their separately for the most part and I like it much better that way because I know how each garment is supposed to be washed
Personally I but my dirty clothes in the bin, sometimes help with the washing (putting it in the machine, hanging it on the line) and I sort clothes in to people piles and put my clothes away. I am 13 lol...
