How to make your eyebrows grow!
>If you’ve seen any recent catwalk pics you may have noticed that big brows are back! Bushy, well-defined brows have been sported everywhere from Gucci and Valentino to Christopher Kane. If you like the look but have plucked your brows into submission, you may be interested to hear that some women are turning to eyebrow transplants to restore sparse arches. The procedure involves taking hair from the scalp and ‘sewing’ it onto brows. It takes 3-4 hours and costs around £2,500. Personally I think the procedure sounds extreme and scary, not to mention pricey! However, I do want my brows a little thicker so I’ve been considering buying some Talika Eyebrow Lipocils, a plant based gel said to promote growth. I’ve read rave reviews on this product but Feroza, the fabulous lady who threads my brows (www.ferozasbeauty.co.uk) assures me that olive oil will do the job just as well. The Talika stuff is £20 for 10ml so I figure it won’t do any harm to try the olive oil first. I’m pressing it in twice a day and hopefully within a month I’ll have that famous Brooke look! Will let you know if it works!
What do you think of the strong brow look? And would you ever consider an eyebrow transplant?
