I Have the Blues Look

Yes I do have the blues. I am attending the 25th Annual Chicago Blues Festival with my boyfriend. We both love have the blues. Anyway this an outdoor concert that takes place every year and I am excited to go. The weather is gonna be really nice, it will feel like summer for the first time in awhile, in fact it rained last night so I am looking forward to some warm weather. So what do you all think of this look??? I am not sure I would wear this to the festival.
