I hate ironing

So I'm cleaning my bathroom this morning, and as I'm getting dizzy from the noxious fumes from all the cleaner products that I've just sprayed everywhere,I start wondering what I hate more, cleaning bathrooms or ironing. I'd have to say ironing, and I"m not even sure why. I just hate doing it and try to avoid it at all costs. Maybe because I can never seem to iron shirts the right way, or I'm always getting annoyed at the cord from the iron (petty, I know, but true) or what. And ironing big things like tablecloths always annoy me, too. I just bought a new shower curtain, and it has those folds in it, and badly needs to be ironed. I hung it and am hoping the steam from the shower will iron out the wrinkles. I'm pretty bad.

I will also admit that I strangely really do enjoy doing laundry. I know, weird. I just like making everything smell nice and clean, and I enjoy the smell of the clothes when they come out of the dryer.

Yeah, stina, I hate that, too. You know what? I have my son help me with the socks. It's a game we play. We play "Let's find the pairs" and that occupies him for a little while while I fold the rest of the stuff. He gets a real kick out of it! :ROTFL:

There is no task more disgusting than doing dishes without a dishwasher. Okay, thats an exaggeration, but I hate it!! I wish we had a dishwasher :( oooh college life haha.

I really wish you would have had an "all of the above" choice, lol :) But, out of all of those, I HATE, HATE, HATEEEE folding clothes and putting them away. Especially socks. I don't know why matching socks up together annoys me so badly but it does.

As much as I hate ironing, I hate cleaning the bathroom more! At least with ironing, I have the option of sending the stuff out to the cleaners to be pressed.

I chose cleaning bathrooms but only because i really hate toilets! too many people use them and its a central area for many gross things!

I chose ironing also. This morning I wore a new linen pants and a jacket. They still had the store creases in them. I attempted to get by by putting them in the dryer on high with a wet washcloth, but to no avail. I still had to iron the little suckers. Cleaning the floors, as in hardwood floors, and mopping are my other peeves.

I said cleaning the bathrooms just because of how gross that can get-blah!! I don't mind ironing and kind of set aside an hour to watch a show and hour in our rec room downstairs. I do let it go a while so I have a pile that is daunting, but once I start I feel very accomplished. That's how I am, though. i do tend to put off big cleaning projects a while but it feels good to get it done- right.

I absolutely hate folding and putting away the clothes! Hence the reason we often live out of baskets!
