I have the 30-day Shred DVD and am wondering - should I do it every day? Or like every other day?

I am pretty confident that the 30-day shred is supposed to be done everyday. I started the program a few weeks ago. In order to get the fastest results I would do it at least 6 days a week. If you are very exhausted or extremely sore I would recommend taking a day off. I have skipped a day but then I did the DVD twice the next day (level 1 in the morning and level 2 in the evening). I noticed that Level 1 targets different muscle groups than level 2 so if certain muscles are really hurting then try moving to level 2 for a day, then move back to level 1. There is nothing wrong with moving back to level 1 after you have moved to level 2. I like to mix it up. I noticed that level 1 really worked my IT band (along the outside of my thigh) and level 2 did not work that as hard. Hope this helps.
