i braid my hair at
night before i go
to bed most nights. I
also put olive oil in the
ends of my hair to
keep from drying out.

I remember mum used to brush my hair like that and I used to complain.... but now I do it myself and often before I go to sleep.... I've heard that when you do braids and you tie your hair with a piece of cloth, it grows quicker and more than before..... (i can confirm this)
