Mega fancy, sparkly bejeweled jewelry has always stirred up many emotions within me, awe and appreciation for the craftsmanship behind the jewelry.....and also feelings of intimidation and wastefulness....whatever.... I personally strive toward incorporating a bit of glamor into my reality, but I think these Schlumberger earrings are a bit of a stretch for me. I think, wearing these to the fanciest event I would attend (a black tie Carnegie Museum Exhibit Opening) would be over-doing it. Can you successfully incorporate these into your daily? weekly? annual? once-in-a-lifetime lifestyle?
