Late Winter / Early Spring Fashion Look

I tried to incorporate some of my favorite looks of the last Fall/Winter (leggings, big tassel scarfs, riding boots) with a short Spring dress and I picked flashy yellow leggings to brighten up a cold rainy day in Washington DC.
