Laugh of the Day!

I don't post here often any more, but I came across something on geeksugar that made me giggle and I thought I'd share:

Really, the Huffington Post is a "reputable news source" that's in the same league as CNN? OK, CNN is biased sometimes, too, but they at least try to maintain some semblance of impartiality! The HuffPo doesn't even aspire to that!

Tiff, I agree. They can't see the slant because they agree. Reasonable people (i.e., conservatives) can see that there are news sources slant right and most that slant left.

That's hilarious, but sad too. :( You have to remember, Sugar HQ is in S.F. so, yeah, their world views are a bit different that most. ;)

I truly believe that the Left can't see bias unless it's biased against them. I would be a MORON to believe that Fox News, Rush, Glenn Beck, etc. were not slanted right. So, why can't they see the left slant in other media?

Not that there's anything wrong with the HuffPo and it's clear bias; the blog clearly has a large following and it's great for what its readers want, but seriously, the HuffPo is a "reputable news source?"
