So I have started to learn that when I am busy and stressed about my weight and things I do not blog.
People i hadn't seen for like a year are coming back to town and the first thing they say it's that i gained weight It's really starting to upset me.
This is going to be short because for some reason I am reallllly tired even though I got tons of sleep.

It has been raining for 5 days straight with no signs of change.
I posted about this "method", you might call it, about a month ago and i sadly inform you guys that it didn't work for me I did stay away from sweets and sodas, but after two weeks I still crave for chocolates I think more than before.
I'm taking Tai Chi this semester and is really cool; without even noticing (until somebody tell you) you learn how to calm yourself down, and know what is good for you and what's not in general.
Long hard day at work....I was running like a mad women...yay for serving people on Sunday after church....Ack!
I am back in the internet world....welll I will admit I have been here for a little while, but like my weight loss the blog was put aside.
