Macadamia Tuile, Coconut-Amaretto Ice Cream & Candied Hazelnuts

I had the incredible foodie pleasure of savoring this dish last night at one of the Natural Gourmet Institute's vegan three-course Friday night dinners. The candied hazelnuts and tuile in particular were incredible- unique and gorgeous at the same time!
