I kept thinking I would get used to the new layout, but I'm sorry to say I still dislike it. My biggest grief with the way it's now set up is that when you go to the homepage, you are inundated with headlines from all the popsugar sites, when all you want is to go to the popsugar site. In the case of buzzsugar posts, I wind up seeing tons of spoilers for shows I'd actually like to be able to watch without knowing the storyline ahead of time. And the constant birthday posts for every celeb are getting ridiculous.
this is probably a stupid question but i just can't seem to figure out how to edit my favorites.....the ones that are on my profile....like favorite movies or celebritites.
Is there an option to keep you from getting added to groups? I'm so tired of getting added to groups and my tracker getting cluttered with things that I didn't even subscribe to! Then you have to go in and unsubscribe yourself. Most of these invites/adds are either from spammers or people I've never interacted with that are just trying to get a large count in their group.
Tonight I was going through some old posts on a group looking for a piece of information and once again I was reminded of how different my experience was on Sugar before all of the new changes took place.
Is there a list of emoticons? How do I find fashion blogs? I couldn't find any fashion sites that had any recent posts.
Sorry, I'm a dreaded newbie.
This has probably been addressed already, but what happens when anonymous posts are reported and deleted?
I'm still having to log in before posting a comment on threads...It seems to be getting worse, at this point almost every thread I click on requires I log in.
I have a weird group thing going on....some of my groups are missing names and other details, even though I can see the number of members, number of posts and have a link to make a new post in them from my groups page.
Why is it that some comment boxes require your name and e-mail address before you can make a comment? I typically just don't comment as I don't feel I need to put my e-mail address out there for a comment on a simple article. Then this a.m., I got it again. It said your name and e-mail are required to make a comment..? So I put in my name and e-mail, and it came up that this already belongs to a registered user... and wouldn't post my comment. Well, I AM the registered user..... Is this site having problems?? It was on the Lady Gaga article on Bella. I would like to be involved in the community. It seems to be an entertaining site, but I don't understand the confusion......
