I got the idea for this cake from Alan Richardson and Karen Tack's cookbook 'Hello, Cupcake!: Irresistibly Playful Creations Anyone Can Make.' The meatballs are Ferrero Rochers dipped in strawberry jam on top of a layer of vanilla frosting.
