She can pull off both, but because she has such a small face I think the bangs take over her face a little bit .. she looks much better without bangs I think :) Shes gorgeous !

The bangs really bring the focus to her eyes, and high cheekbones. But, for some reason I like without bangs a little bit better. I think she looks great either way.
