More Veggies=Less Tired and Hungry
During the work week, I always try to bring in my lunch and also a bunch of snacks to nibble on throughout the day. I am usually a pretty healthy eater and for snacks will bring in a couple pieces of fruit. For the last week though, I have brought one piece of fruit and a tupperware full of sliced veggies usually jicama, bell pepper and cucumber. First, these are much easier to eat while working and way less messy than a juicy peach! Secondly, I realized I started to feel less tired by the end of day and not ravenously hunger by the time I arrived home from work. I know eating three pieces of fruit is good for me but perhaps adding even more variety helped even more. Give it a try!
